Inside Xero: while I catch up your books, I rebuild them around how your business actually runs, with custom categories and bank rules that sort most transactions automatically.
Around your money: I look at the habits that feed your books and point out the few changes that will simplify them most, like moving business income out of a personal Venmo or getting receipts to file themselves.
Once the switch is in place, keeping the light on gets a whole lot easier. No homework, no manual to read, plus a quick-reference guide for when questions come up.

Every Calibration includes the same three things: clean books, simplified systems and clear numbers. Your price is a one-time base, plus a monthly rate for each month you're behind, set by how complex your books are.

SIMPLE BOOKS

One business account, a payment app or two, and few transactions.
STANDARD BOOKS

A few accounts and payment apps, contractors, or some mixed personal spending.
COMPLEX BOOKS

Payroll, sales tax, an S-corp, or lots of transactions across many accounts.

Once your system is built, keeping it calibrated is much easier. Quarterly is the sweet spot: recent enough that you still remember what you bought. Prefer monthly? Your books get done every month, and we still talk once a quarter.
