You’re the type of person who only needs your books set up or migrated once and you can take it from there.
Initial Set-Up includes:

Full categorization and reconciliation for the backlog period

Estimated cost is $100 - $300 per month of backlog for Early Adopters.

Your business is, or will be, changing soon and you want to be prepared for the chaos.
Instead of just “on-going maintenance”, I call these “Re-Calibrations”. Each period we have the opportunity to talk about how your business is changing or how you want it to change. We Re-Calibrate your expectations for the upcoming period, together 🧠.
Each Re-Calibration includes:
Initial set-up as needed
Cadence of your choosing: Quarterly, Monthly, or Semi-Annual.
A chat with me! We talk about your goals for the upcoming period and discuss your previous period’s performance.
All of your bookkeeping done-for-you.

I recommend a Quarterly cadence at minimum because, let’s face it, I barely remember what I purchased last week let alone 3 months ago. It is difficult to categorize accurately the further away you are from when the event occurred.
Estimated cost is $270 - $810 per Quarter for Early Adopters after the initial clean up fee from The Fire. Cost is for The Lantern are evaluated AFTER clean-up so that you’re quoted on the complexity you end up with after the clean-up - not the mess you started with.
